A recent evening hosted by the Absolute Fitness team for the London Standard Bank’s overseas colleagues was a great success. A central London treasure hunt by rickshaw, challenges en route, fitness forfeits and the odd shot of vodka followed by massages for the winners and sparring for the losers, then dinner at the Roof Gardens restaurant proved to be extremely popular.
