Whether you are a beginner or have skied for years, you cannot spend most of the year sitting on your backside and then expect to ski for 6 hours a day with any competence and without any injury you need to….Get Fit to Ski!

Absolute Fitness offers groups or one-to-one classes focussing on exercises to ensure that you have the best day’s skiing and are energetic enough for a fabulous night of après ski.

We recommend starting exercises 6 weeks before going skiing to help improve endurance, technique, strength, reduce stiffness and lessen the chance of injury.

The Get Fit To classes can be adapted for any activity
