Lenka's passion for fitness comes from playing volleyball at a semi-professional level. She constantly strives to challenge herself when training and broaden her fitness knowledge at every opportuniny, be it in different training styles, nutrition and physiology.
Lenka is a Premier Training qualified Personal Trainer with specialisms in Exercise Nutrition, Core Stability and Advanced Resistance Training.
Lenka aims for every client to make the most of their work-outs, whether their objective is building muscle, strength, weight loss, core stability or sport specific training.
