Ali Potter

Ali has been a personal trainer for 6 years. Along the way she has helped all manner of clients achieve their goals. These have ranged from general fitness, weight loss and toning, core stabilisation, pre and post natal and sport specific, to special populations such as MS, Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid and osteo arthritis.

As well as working with clients on general health and fitness Ali is currently in the 3rd year of an osteopathy degree. She uses her musculoskeletal therapy skills together with her personal training to focus on physical rehabilitation and functional training. These days most people suffer with ‘lower back pain’ or ‘aches and pains’ in their joints.

Ali believes that everyone can achieve their fitness potential if they have the right exercises and help. She understands that exercise can be boring or daunting to some people, but she has the ability to make all your sessions fun and still help you achieve your goals. Ali is an energetic and lively person and at the end of the hour you actually look forward to seeing her again.
