Catherine Dulla
Catherine spent several years producing television documentaries, including a couple on food and weight management, before deciding to progress her longstanding passion for health and fitness to a professional level.
Catherine has a huge range of sporting interests from dance, pilates and yoga to long distance running and triathlons.
Catherine trained with Premier International gaining her diploma in Personal Training (including specialist populations), Nutrition and Sports Massage Therapy. She is currently training to coach swimming and is constantly updating her skills to keep her sessions varied.
Catherine takes a holistic approach to personal training and aims to make her sessions both fun and effective. She finds great satisfaction in working with a client to achieve great results.
