David Boycott-Brown
David has a great passion for fitness; he was first introduced to fitness through competing in a variety of sports. Most notably of which being rugby however his experience covers a range of sports from skiing to athletics and from boxing to weightlifting. This has equipped David with a wealth of knowledge enabling him to utilise many different training methods to achieve the desired results.
After achieving a BSc in Health Exercise & Fitness David continued his professional development by gaining many further qualifications. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), a speed, agility & quickness (SAQ) trainer and is currently training in Pilates. David will instil his own high standards into your training and deliver you a fun, effective workout.
