Jason Doggett
Jason trained with Central YMCA and has, since 2003, been training clients ranging in age from 18 to 69 and at all levels of fitness. His primary priority is the safety of his clients and that the intensity of their workouts is appropriate for their individual fitness levels.
Jason continues to study and research cutting edge exercise techniques and to develop workouts that are fresh and stimulating. His relaxed and friendly training style belies a logical progression towards his clients achieving their fitness goals.
His approach to personal training is a little bit of training, a little bit of teaching and a lot of encouragement.
