Jay Banczer

Since an early age Jay has been a dedicated sportsman. With a strong passion for snowboarding and skateboarding Jay has spent several years as a snowboard coach in the resort of Zakopane in Poland.

Jay first qualified in gym instruction with the YMCA and has since gained his qualifications in Personal Training and Nutrition and Weight Management through Lifetime.

Jay's areas of interest include core strength and stability, toning, conditioning and flexibility, weight loss or muscle bulk and also preparation for specific sports including skiing, snowboarding, basketball and running.

Jay's passion for fitness, knowledge and understanding of customers needs together with his outgoing personality make him a highly valued personal trainer.
