Jess Kidwell
Jess was trained in South Africa and enjoys the one to one training with Absolute Fitness clients. In addition she is an experienced dancer, aerobics and aqua aerobics instructor. She has worked with the South African Water Fitness Association,PACT Ballet Company, The Flying Fish Dance Company and the Playhouse Dance Company. She enjoys incorporating dance and Pilate’s into clients training sessions and is also qualified in Aromatherapy. She is also qualifying as a GYROTONIC teacher.
