Joey believes that the best method for keeping fit and staying active is doing something you like - there is no point doing it if you're not enjoying it! She will encourage you to adopt lifestyle changes that will incorporate activities that you love and keep you fit all at the same time whether you are a beginner to fitness or a conditioned athlete. Her wide range of experience in many different sports and activities from rock climbing and snowboarding to netball, ultimate Frisbee and badminton have helped develop a style of training that is diverse, fun and will keep you on your toes throughout your training program!

With a Diploma in Personal Training Joey has a wide understanding and knowledge base in many areas of fitness including nutrition and weight management, ante/post natal fitness, training in alternative environments and also holds a certificate in group studio cycling.

It is Joey's enthusiasm for all things that get your body active and energized and her approachable personality that makes her a highly effective personal trainer.
