Michelle Linney (Linney)
Linney has always been a keen athlete since childhood. She qualified as an exercise to music teacher in 1992 with Central YMCA then moved onto gym instructing and fitness advising. In early 2005 she completed her Personal Trainer Award with Central YMCA and since then has been teaching one to one sessions and loving it. Now a committed personal trainer with a great track record of helping others realise their potential and achieve realistic goals. Her fun and varied sessions are designed to keep clients motivated so that they focus on the inevitable, that health and fitness is and should be a way of life.
Linney believes that one can never stop learning, so keeping up to date with the latest fitness trends and her own professional development is important to ensure the constant delivery of safe and effective exercise.
