Richard Wallace
Richard had spent the majority of his working career in finance, either banking or as a Trust Officer in a tax & accountancy firm. Training has always been a part of his life stemming from boxing at an amateur level in his early teens.
Richard later decided to make a career change and qualify in the thing that he is most passionate about - fitness. He gained his Diploma with Premier International which gave him a qualification in Personal Training including clients of special population groups (diabetics, asthmatics, pregnancy etc), optimum & sports nutrition, injury rehabilitation and sports massage therapy.
Richard enjoys working out, learning and teaching new training techniques and exercises to keep him up to speed with current trends. His greatest satisfaction is helping people achieve what they did not believe possible and seeing the benefits of their hard work."

Richard has become a part of my life - he is a gentle but brutal trainer! He has a fantastic knack to know exactly how to get me to train 300% harder than I thought I could - the beauty is you don't realise it until afterwards! And on those days when I am feeling horrifically done in, he knows just how hard to push to maintain progress but without making you hate it so much you never do it again.
I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. When I started training with him, my back pain (from my broken back) was abysmal and I was on 6 Nurofen a day. Now, I cannot even remember the last time I had back pain, or even took pain killers for back pain. I can now stand for hours at weddings and such like - without searching for a chair to rest on.
Travel has become an enjoyable experience - rather than a very painful chore. Not only all this (as if this wasn't enough!) I'm now much fitter and healthier than I've been since a student!
