Steph Booty

Steph holds a Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy and enjoys working with clients who are new or returning to fitness, or those who find gym environments overwhelming or intimidating. Steph can assist clients of all levels in many different areas of fitness including weight loss & body fat reduction, muscular strength & endurance training, muscle toning & building, cardiovascular training, and sport specific fitness.

As a Sports Massage Therapist, Steph can provide posture/asymmetry assessments & realignment advice, flexibility training, and assist with injury rehabilitation treatment & re-training as well as providing strapping and taping techniques to strengthen weakened or injured joints.

Steph’s additional qualification as a Referral Programme Consultant enables her to work with clients with high risk medical conditions, or those who have been prescribed physical activity by a medical professional.

Steph believes in making fitness a fun and enjoyable lifestyle change and can offer support and advice on healthy lifestyles, stress management and nutrition.
