Tereza Pilnackova
Tereza loves to motivate people in achieving their goals through a positive and personalised approach to training. She combines fun and hard work to make the most of every session with clients. When training one to one Tereza aims to provide a holistic approach which takes into account personal ambitions and healthy lifestyle goals.
Since an early age she has been living an outdoor lifestyle and enjoys it most when involved in physical activity. She was a dance teacher for five years where she developed a passion for group training as well as one to one interaction before moving to New Zealand to advance her career.
Tereza gained her personal training qualification through Future Fit Training Diploma which includes nutrition and weight management. She also teaches group classes in spinning, circuits, pump, step and LBT in the city. She holds a specific qualification in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and looks to expand her knowledge in the fitness through constant learning and development.
