Dr. Shane Foo, BSc Hons, DPhil. YMCA Certificate in Nutrition & Weight Management, PhD. Shane is a Research Scientist at University College London and UCLH Centre for Weight Loss, Metabolic and Endocrine Surgery and a member of The Nutrition Society. He has over 10 years of proven research experience at the highest level of academia and the pharmaceutical industry. Shane's current research interests include studying the effect of diet, cholesterol (HDL), supplements and fatness on cardiovascular function and diseases. With a PhD in Cardiovascular Development, Shane has made significant contributions to cutting edge research in this field as well as in other specialisations including cancer therapeutics, vaccines and respiratory conditions.


Kathryn Freeland

Kathryn Freeland is one of London's top Personal Trainers & the Managing Director of Absolute Fitness.
